PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION – ART. 13 REG. 679/16

The personal data collected on this site and any other information associated with you, directly or indirectly, are processed and used in accordance with the principles set out in Regulation 679/16.

We do not intend to collect or knowingly collect information from children. We do not address children with our services.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned Regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER informs you that any data acquired through the website will be processed by means of instruments and procedures mainly computerized, for the following purposes:

to answer your questions;
to keep a database of the most frequent questions, proposals, communications;
subscribe to our newsletter;
technical management of navigation.
The provision of Registration Data is mandatory and failure to provide, even partially, the data expressly indicated as necessary for the pursuit of the purposes will make it impossible for the owner to answer your questions. The legal basis for the processing is given by art. 6 paragraph 1 letter B of Reg. 679/16 and subsequent amendments, or the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same.

The data provided by you may be known only by employees of the owner specifically authorized to process such data as data processors, and in any case for the sole purpose of perfecting the activities requested by you. The persons in charge are bound to secrecy and confidentiality also on the basis of specific internal regulations. In any case, the data will never be disclosed to third parties.

The data provided by you will be kept for the time foreseen by laws and regulations.

The exercise of the rights set out above is subject to the limits, rules and procedures set out in the aforementioned Regulations and which you must be aware of and implement. In accordance with the provisions of Article 12, paragraph 3, the Owner will also provide the interested party with information regarding the action taken without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within one month of receipt of the request. This deadline may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of this extension, and the reasons for the delay, within one month of receipt of the request.

INFORMATION ON THE USE OF COOKIES

Our website, for a better functioning and to guarantee services provided by third parties, uses technical Cookies.
